It is visited by insects such as bees, birds, butterflies, and deer. Zones 7-11
Germination:
Soak seeds in warm water overnight. Sow seeds the thickness of the seeds on top of the medium and lightly cover. Keep moist in a bright spot. Do not cover and keep temperatures around 65-75F. Germination is in 7-60 days.
I do not have an indoor garden so I am waiting until spring to plant. I will try planting closer to Feb or March in small pods watering with spray bottle, and slowly introduce the plants to outdoor conditions.
