Viola Arkwright Ruby Seeds
Violas were grown in the United States dating all the way back to colonial times. They are a wonderful performer, and they are so easily established from Viola seeds. Arkwright Ruby Viola flowers are a dark wine color with a golden center and edging. Fill containers, window boxes, and baskets with these glorious little treasures.
Red Viola plants grow best in rich, moist, well-drained soil with plenty of organic matter. Use a slow-release fertilizer in the soil if planting Violas in a container. Those grown as bedding plants tend to bloom continuously in regions where the growing season is cool, but they will refrain from blooming as the weather heats up.
