Golden Zucchini is a beautiful heirloom that starts producing at right around 55 days! These have a great texture and a rich flavor, especially when picked at under 8 inches, though they get huge if you leave them for an extra couple days. Under good conditions they will continue to produce all the way until frost!
I do not have an indoor garden so I am waiting until spring to plant. I will try planting closer to Feb or March in small pods watering with spray bottle, and slowly introduce the plants to outdoor conditions.
