Silverdust Seeds | Dusty Miller (Cineraria Maritima)
Dusty Miller Cineraria Maritima Silverdust is a tender perennial that is usually grown as an annual. Cineraria Dusty Miller seeds can be started indoors or directly outdoors, and this highly ornamental, bushy subshrub is also called Silver Ragwort. Senecio Cineraria is grown for its unique-shaped, clumping, silvery-white foliage that has ovate, deeply lobed, felt-like leaves. Dusty Miller Cineraria blooms with clusters of yellow, daisy-like flowers in summer.
Dusty Miller Cineraria makes a great container plant, and Silver Ragwort can be grown in cottage informal gardens, banks, and slopes, or can be used as a superb accent plant for edging the flower beds and borders. Cineraria Maritima seeds produce the ornamental plant that tolerates drought and prefers to grow in full sun or partial shade, enjoying moist, but well-drained soil.
