Grow your own Rosemary from seeds and enjoy the rich aroma and culinary benefits of this essential herb. Known scientifically as Rosmarinus officinalis, Rosemary is a perennial, evergreen herb prized for its needle-like leaves and delicate blue flowers. It’s widely used in cooking and provides an ornamental quality to garden spaces.
I do not have an indoor garden so I am waiting until spring to plant. I will try planting closer to Feb or March in small pods watering with spray bottle, and slowly introduce the plants to outdoor conditions.
