Numex joe e parker chile pepper (capsicum annuum) is an ideal pepper for stuffing, roasting, or canning.

Named after a graduate of NMS U's College of Agriculture and Home Economics, this Anaheim type will produce 6"-8" long chiles by 1.8" wide and will give off mild heat with a SHU of 1500-3000.

Very similar to the New Mexico 6-4, but more preferable due to its higher yields and stronger walls. Excellent for chiles Rellenos Germination in 7-21 days, maturity in 75-85 days.
