Ancho Poblano Grande Pepper Seeds | NON-GMO | Heirloom
Poblano is a mild chili pepper that is called an ancho chili when it is dried. The ripened red peppers are much hotter and more flavorful than the green peppers. They measure 3-6" long by 2-3" wide. They are excellent dried, fried, stuffed, or in mole sauce or even a chocolate chili sauce.

I do not have an indoor garden so I am waiting until spring to plant. I will try planting closer to Feb or March in small pods watering with spray bottle, and slowly introduce the plants to outdoor conditions.
