Pink Lipstick Swiss Chard(Beta vulgaris cicla) is an absolutely beautiful variety of Swiss chard. You can really pep your salad up with these greens and their hot pink veins.
Very colorful culinary at its finest with the same awesome vitamins and nutrients. If steamed, best harvested when the stalks and veins turn magenta.
