Thimbleberry Seeds (Rubus Parviflorus) Flowering Raspberry Sweet Berry Fruit

Thimbleberry raspberry is both a beautiful and functional shrub. It is an erect-growing hedge that can grow to be quite large (up to 10 ft tall). It boasts bigger than average white flowers that notably, have a natural beauty.

The thorn-less canes form from buds and shoot out of the soil and branch out very fast and grow edible fruits by year 2! The raspberry fruits are deliciously sweet and high in vitamin C. The fruits are used in jams, jellies, and pies, or eaten fresh.

The leaves and roots of perennial Rubus parviflorus are boiled to make a medicinal "thimbleberry tea" The tea is said to ease stomach upsets. The medicinal properties of the leaves are antiemetic, astringent, blood tonic, and stomachic.
