Jerusalem Artichoke Seedlings: Your Pathway to Abundant Harvests!
In Zones 3 to 9, this perennial plant is an essential component of any permaculture farm or garden. Throughout the year, this hardy plant yields a nutritious tuber that can be harvested and either raw or cooked.
These tubers contain an inulin-type of carbohydrate. The sweet, nutty flavor of sunchokes is influenced by inulin. It also results in sunchokes having a low glycemic index (GI) and low carbohydrate content. Beneficial for those who must manage their blood sugar levels.
🌱 Vital Growth: Watch as these robust seedlings flourish, accompanied by strong, nourishing roots.
🌞 Radiant Beauty: Enjoy sunflower-like blooms that attract pollinators and add elegance to your space.
🍽️ Culinary Delicacies: Elevate dishes with nutty-flavored tubers, perfect for roasting, sautéing, or a unique crunch.
🌍 Sustainability: Low-maintenance, eco-friendly plants enrich your soil and promote a thriving ecosystem.
yes id did buy and receive bamboo seeds from you. i planted same and now cautiously await some indication the sprouting will begin. we are in northern nj where it is quite cold so i am keeping the plantings in a planter system we use for seedlings. only time luck and patience will tell the ultimate story. if the seeds come to be small plants we will replant into pots until spring and after that we are guardedly optimistic. thanks for the request and service. stewart a farber
I do not have an indoor garden so I am waiting until spring to plant. I will try planting closer to Feb or March in small pods watering with spray bottle, and slowly introduce the plants to outdoor conditions.
