Green Pattypan

A middle-early variety. The plant is a bush type and medium branchy. Fruits are discoid in shape with scalloped edges, with a weight of 15-20 oz (0.4-0.5 kg). In technical ripeness, the fruits are dark green, with white flesh. The variety is valued for an original, attractive appearance, and good quality products. Resistant to downy and powdery mildew.

White Pattypan

An early maturing variety. The period from germination to the beginning of ripening is 45 to 55 days. Fruits are medium in size, disc-shaped with a serrated edge, 6-7" (15-18 cm) in diameter, weighing 10-12 oz (300-350 g), and white in color. The pulp is white.

Black Pattypan
