Mycelium is grown on seeds and dehydrated for prolonged storage.
Dry mushroom mycelium -based on the newest technology, has the same qualities as fresh but differs in terms of storage (stored at temperatures from -20 to +40 and humidity not more than 75% for about 3 years) and norm consumption.
Recommend for outdoor cultivation on a mixture of deciduous tree sawdust and wood chips or via log culture. (alder, cottonwood, oak, and maple).
Perfect for non-sterile outdoor spawning. But can be on a variety of substrates, including straw substrate (oyster mushrooms prefer a mostly cellulose diet).
