Honeysuckle vines are beautiful and deliciously fragrant, attracting hummingbirds and butterflies all summer long. Easy to grow, vigorous, heat tolerant, and close to indestructible,
Honeysuckle vines bloom heavily in spring, with some extending their season into summer.
You may choose to grow your Honeysuckle along a trellis, arbor, or fence, or you can grow it without support as a groundcover to control erosion, and some will even thrive in containers.
I do not have an indoor garden so I am waiting until spring to plant. I will try planting closer to Feb or March in small pods watering with spray bottle, and slowly introduce the plants to outdoor conditions.
