Easily established from Penstemon seeds, it is a great addition to any flower garden with its deep bronze-green foliage and various color blooms. It will grow as a perennial in frost-free or mild winters and as an annual in other zones.

I do not have an indoor garden so I am waiting until spring to plant. I will try planting closer to Feb or March in small pods watering with spray bottle, and slowly introduce the plants to outdoor conditions.
