This is Rudbeckia Cherry Brandy this is a perennial it is also picked as one of the Garden Leaders. This grows to be 24" tall and has large flowers that are about 4" across they like full sun and grow best in zone 5-8 this is great for cut flowers.
These are able to grow in salter sandy soil near the beach butterflies and hummingbirds like them. These are also one deer-resistant flower. These will bloom from early summer into fall and like full sun.
Cherry Brandy / Rudbeckia is also known as Gloriosa Daisy. This is a hybrid with vivid red soft velvety petals and attaches to the chocolate center. This bi-color bloom (some have several shades of rich cherry red to maroon) and darken toward the center, is a unique twist to the standard Black-Eyed Susan.

yes id did buy and receive bamboo seeds from you. i planted same and now cautiously await some indication the sprouting will begin. we are in northern nj where it is quite cold so i am keeping the plantings in a planter system we use for seedlings. only time luck and patience will tell the ultimate story. if the seeds come to be small plants we will replant into pots until spring and after that we are guardedly optimistic. thanks for the request and service. stewart a farber
I do not have an indoor garden so I am waiting until spring to plant. I will try planting closer to Feb or March in small pods watering with spray bottle, and slowly introduce the plants to outdoor conditions.
