The root of Queen Anne’s Lace is usually pure white long and tapered fibrous when bent and producing the strong aroma of carrot.
The plant prefers full sun to part shade, dry to mesic soils, poor soils, or waste places. Sow seed in spring.
Barely cover with soil, tamp securely and keep evenly moist until germination. Thin or transplant to 6 inches apart.

I do not have an indoor garden so I am waiting until spring to plant. I will try planting closer to Feb or March in small pods watering with spray bottle, and slowly introduce the plants to outdoor conditions.
