TPS seeds can store for a very long time compared to other seeds. Up to 30 years with good storage practices.
Sow potato seeds indoors 4-6 weeks before the expected last frost.
Sow seeds and cover lightly with potting mix. Keep moist while germinating.
Once they sprout, water only when dry. They do not like to be moist constantly.
Grown under grow lights for best results indoors.
The seedlings are small, you will need to transplant them at least once after the first set of true leaves form.
Bury stems up to top leaves like tomato plants. The stems get more roots and stronger once you transplant them.

My zoysia grass suffered over the winter and I went on a limb to buy a few small bags of seed to repair some bald spots in my lawn. Much to my surprise the seed is coming out after a week and I am expecting wonderful results. Happy camper.
